My role involves bridging the demands of our European and American clients—overseeing everything from order fulfillment and shipment control to freight cost analysis and account management.

Taigene’s R&D team consists of nearly 100 professionals dedicated to advancing automotive motor technology.

 

My responsibility lies in constructing intellectual property frameworks and conducting patent analysis. During a recent competitor analysis, we hit a bottleneck due to the sheer complexity of their manufacturing processes. While searching for a breakthrough, we discovered a relevant patent that detailed the product’s design and schematics. This critical find allowed us to gain essential technical insights without the need for destructive testing.

 

This experience reinforced my belief that patents are more than just tools for protection; they are bridges for knowledge sharing. By leveraging patent data, we stand on the shoulders of giants—innovating upon existing foundations to bring new, tangible value to automotive technology.

My role focuses on motor development and chip-level software testing, ensuring our software meets rigorous industry standards and compliance. The nature of this work is inherently challenging and high-pressure. To maintain a healthy work-life balance, the company provides dedicated sports facilities and supports clubs like basketball and badminton. These regular sporting events are vital for physical health and stress relief.

As Foreman serving in different units, we lead our respective teams with distinct technical focuses: the elder brother specializes in precision component machining within Production Dept. II, while the younger brother oversees the production processes for major Japanese automotive brands in Production Dept. I.

 

Maintaining the highest standards of motor quality requires managing a diverse range of responsibilities. We are fortunate to have supervisors and colleagues who offer patient mentorship and share their expertise without reservation. This collective support allows us to tackle everything from emergency machine maintenance to employee training with confidence. It is why we take 100% pride in every motor that leaves the Taigene floor.

I am responsible for optimizing energy efficiency and managing critical environmental controls, including air, water, and waste treatment. Beyond daily operations, I lead our efforts in securing international certifications, such as Carbon Footprint Verification and GHG Inventories. Driving green manufacturing and ESG development isn’t just about meeting corporate standards; it’s about taking real responsibility for our planet’s future. This sense of purpose is exactly why I love what I do.

At Taigene, we manufacture safety-critical components for the automotive industry—where there is zero room for error. Ensuring this level of quality begins with absolute precision in our measurement instruments.

 

I specialize in Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), a role that has given me a profound understanding of how accuracy and consistency underpin product excellence. By implementing rigorous Gage R&R studies and other statistical tests, we identify and eliminate measurement deviations, directly enhancing the reliability and efficiency of our entire production process.

 

This experience has not only sharpened my command of statistical tools but has also taught me that my work is more than a technical challenge—it is a mission to ensure the safety of every driver who relies on our products.

 

“From Theory to Mastery: Leading the Charge in Automation”

 

Taigene is deeply committed to advancing automation to enhance operational safety and minimize workplace risks. Having been part of this journey since my time as an intern, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to the successful deployment of our third generation of robotic arm systems.

 

My role goes beyond understanding the mechanics of the production process; it’s about rapid, root-cause problem-solving. When anomalies arise, I must identify the source and implement solutions to ensure they never recur. Driving these robotic integrations has allowed me to seamlessly translate my background in electrical engineering, PLC, and programming into industrial reality.

 

Seeing my academic foundation come to life in such a high-tech environment is exactly the professional fulfillment I sought.
