Talent Development System

Our company specializes in automotive safety components and aims to be a strategic partner in the global supply chain. Upholding “Quality First” and “Customer Orientation,” we invest in talent development through a structured training system, including operator certification, skills training, and annual programs.Over the past three years, we have invested more than NT$3 million annually in training, and nearly NT$10 million in 2023 for ISO certification. We also adopted TTQS and earned the Bronze Award in 2023, establishing standardized PDDRO processes to ensure effective training. Moving forward, we will continue enhancing our training system, driving digital transformation and productivity, and creating long‑term value with global partners.

A Well-Established Training System

We’ve developed a training blueprint to design role-specific courses that enhance skills and support growth. Each step focuses on clear objectives, fostering top talent and ensuring continuous improvement in management and expertise.

Pre-employment training for new employees (new employee orientation)

On the first day, new employees will be introduced to the company’s organization, culture, safety, environmental protection, and quality management. Regular training on the IATF 16949 system and its core tools will also ensure they acquire essential knowledge and skills.

Diverse learning resources

Senior management prioritizes talent development, aligning training with company strategy, customer needs, and individual growth. Over the past three years, education and training expenses have exceeded NTD 4,000,000. Through on-the-job training, professional courses, and external subsidies, we support continuous learning and foster a learning-oriented organization.

Digital learning platform

The Talent Net system offers an online platform with functional knowledge, textbooks, and videos. It enables colleagues to review materials, track results, and improve skills, while maintaining a full learning history for continuous growth.

Professional skills training

To enhance operators' knowledge, skills, and safety awareness, we emphasize on-site training to ensure SOP compliance, efficient production, and leadership development. This approach aims to improve product quality, meet customer expectations, and drive continuous improvement.
