A Strategic Investment in Talent and Infrastructure
In line with the rapid growth of the global automotive market and our commitment to the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards, Taigene Electric Machinery has officially broken ground on a new, modern employee dormitory at our primary manufacturing site. This project represents a significant investment in our infrastructure and a core component of our long-term ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategy.
Premium Living Standards and Compliance
The new three-story facility is designed to accommodate 200 international employees. While strictly adhering to government housing regulations, Taigene has gone a step further by integrating RBA principles into the design. The facility will feature high-quality living quarters, spacious communal areas, and dedicated health management rooms. Located adjacent to the company’s athletic field, the dormitory offers a green, campus-like environment that encourages a healthy work-life balance for our team.
Fueling the Future of New Energy Vehicles (NEVs)
As a Tier 1 supplier and the world’s second-largest provider of steering system motors, Taigene is preparing for the projected surge in the NEV market, which is expected to reach 25 million units annually by 2025. This dormitory project, alongside our 2023 company-wide salary adjustments, underscores our dedication to workforce stability and operational excellence.
By investing in our people and our facilities in Taiwan, Taigene continues to strengthen its position as a professional and valued strategic partner in the global motor industry. We look forward to the completion and inauguration of this facility, marking a new milestone in our corporate journey.
