2023 Taigene Electric Machinery Exemplary Employee Awards

As Taigene Electric Machinery enters its 53rd year—evolving from starter motors to steering motors and expanding from the local market to a global presence—the company has grown into an enterprise with revenues exceeding NT$10 billion. This success relies on the dedicated efforts of every employee.

Prior to Labor Day 2023, outstanding colleagues were selected from various departments for their excellence. On April 17, a commendation ceremony was held to celebrate their achievements and recognize them as role models for the entire organization. Taigene’s Chairman, Vice President, and senior executives attended the event in person to express their sincere gratitude to the exemplary employees, encouraging a continued spirit of positivity throughout the company.
