Taigene Receives TTQS Bronze Award, Advancing Talent Development and a Learning Organization
TTQS Talent Development Quality Management System,
established by the Workforce Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor, is designed to help enterprises and training institutions enhance the quality of their training programs. The system provides a rigorous, fair, and objective evaluation framework. Assessment committees conduct on-site reviews based on the TTQS talent development management cycle, which includes Plan, Design, Do, Review, and Outcome, along with 19 evaluation indicators, to assess the effectiveness and quality of corporate training systems.
As a manufacturer of automotive safety components and a strategic partner within the global automotive supply chain, Taigene adheres to the principles of “Quality First, Customer First.” The company has established comprehensive training programs covering three major areas: operator certification training, professional competency development, and annual education and training programs, along with initiatives such as expert lecture series. These efforts are designed to gradually build a learning-oriented organization.
Over the past three years, the company’s average annual training investment has exceeded NTD 3 million. In 2023, nearly NTD 10 million was invested in training programs to support various ISO certifications, demonstrating Taigene’s strong commitment to talent development.
To ensure sustainable long-term growth, Taigene will continue to strengthen and expand its training system. Through the implementation of TTQS, the company aims to further promote a learning organization, enhance talent development, and advance toward digital transformation and productivity improvement, while implementing Taigene’s 3S initiative.
