Taigene × Eden Social Welfare Foundation | Supporting Inclusive Employment
On September 24, 2025, a group of job seekers with diverse backgrounds visited Taigene Electric Machinery for a warm and meaningful job-matching tour. Participants included young people entering the workforce for the first time, individuals seeking to return to work, and people with disabilities looking for new opportunities.
During the visit, participants not only learned about Taigene’s story but also toured the facilities to experience the daily working environment. Through simple hands-on work simulations, they had the opportunity to operate equipment and gain a clearer understanding of job roles and their own capabilities. For many participants, the experience was more than just learning about job opportunities—it was also a chance to rediscover their own potential.
Interactive activities helped break the ice and created a relaxed atmosphere. As conversations and laughter filled the room, participants gradually felt more comfortable asking questions and connecting with the team. Several attendees exchanged contact information and expressed interest in further employment opportunities. Taigene also prepared small gifts as a gesture of appreciation and encouragement for everyone who took the step to participate. We believe that employment is not only about finding a job, but also about realizing personal value. As a company, we believe our resources and influence should help more people discover their possibilities.
Taigene sincerely thanks the Eden Social Welfare Foundation and Aiken International for their support in organizing this event. The company will continue to promote meaningful CSR initiatives and looks forward to collaborating with more social welfare partners and employment service organizations in the future. Together, we aim to create a more inclusive, supportive, and opportunity-driven workplace where everyone can move closer to hope and opportunity.
We also wish everyone a joyful Mid-Autumn Festival and a wonderful time with family and friends.
